Next Day Weekday: £10.00 (signature required)
Cost £10.00 per delivery address. For orders placed Monday to Thursday only. This guarantees delivery of your order next day (before 1pm), providing your order is received by us before 12 noon.
Next Day Saturday: £12.00 (signature required)
Cost £12.00 per delivery address. For orders placed Fridays only. This guarantees delivery of your order on Saturday (before 1pm), providing your order is received by us before 12 noon.
Delivery Overseas

Due to the current political climate, additional security checks are taking place in many countries. This may result in minor delays to the delivery of orders to these countries. International orders may also be subject to Customs inspections and fees based on each country's specific regulations. The Stately is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of customs fees or taxes.

Please note that we are currently not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases.
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition and packaging for a full refund within 14 working days from delivery.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within a period of seven working days beginning with the day following the day of delivery to you, by calling 0844 561 7601 or email us at info@thestately.com and we will provide you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and the returns address. Please provide full details of the customer order number and the goods which are being returned. Any notice given by you after this period shall not be effective to entitle you to return your goods or receive a refund. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.
Please note that all parcels must be returned within 14 working days of delivery of the goods to you.
The Stately accepts no liability if you return goods by any method other than Recorded Delivery (one that requires a signature upon receipt). In any event, The Stately accepts no liability in respect of returned goods unless and until such returned goods have been received by us in their original condition and in their original packaging.
You must retain the recorded delivery receipt for your own purposes in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods by recorded delivery. This will be required by us only in the unlikely event that the goods are not successfully returned despite being sent by recorded delivery.
Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, no refund will be available. You will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification to you that we will not process a refund in respect of such goods.
We will refund the price paid by you for goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) when we have received the returned goods in their original condition at our distribution centre or when required by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, whichever is sooner.
We will process the applicable refund and notify you by email when your refund has been processed. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Please be aware they item you receive may differ slightly from the item pictured on the website. Some fabrics are hand printed, hand stitched or use natural materials that differ in nature. Products may also be more fragile than High Street items, so be gentle during use. This is all due to the fact that most of our products are handmade and adds to the individuality of The Stately collection pieces.
